1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a listing, browsing the directory, or otherwise using EverythingInternet.ca (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. What We Offer
EverythingInternet.ca is a directory of Canadian technology companies. Companies may purchase a paid listing to appear in the directory.
3. Listings Are Self-Submitted
Listing content is submitted by the listed company itself. Axiom Enterprises does not independently verify listing accuracy beyond a basic review for prohibited content (Section 6). A listing is not an endorsement.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Listing fees are one-time and non-recurring unless a specific plan states otherwise.
4.2 Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (currently Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Your Account and Submitted Content
5.1 You must provide accurate, current information for your listing.
5.2 You grant Axiom Enterprises a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display your submitted listing content on the Site and in related marketing.
5.3 You retain ownership of your own trademarks, logos, and business description.
6. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not submit a listing that is fraudulent, infringes another party’s rights, contains unlawful or deceptive content, or impersonates another company. We may remove or suspend any listing that violates this section.
7. Third-Party Links
Listings may link to third-party company websites not operated by Axiom Enterprises. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all listings are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
Axiom Enterprises’ total liability relating to the Site or a listing purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that listing in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination / Removal
Axiom Enterprises may remove a listing at its discretion for violation of these Terms, without obligation to refund except as required by Section 4.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of [CONFIRM WITH ALAN], Canada.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
