Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Axiom Enterprises (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information through everythinginternet.ca. We are based in Canada and we comply with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.
2. What we collect
We collect personal information in three ways:
- Information you give us — name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, contact us, or create an account. Billing and shipping address when you make a purchase. Comment content if you leave a comment.
- Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on page, referral source. Standard analytics data.

3. How we use it
- To deliver the newsletter you signed up for
- To respond to your inquiries
- To fulfil orders and process refunds for direct purchases
- To improve the site (analytics)
- To comply with our legal obligations
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
4. Newsletter and CASL compliance
Under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we send commercial email only with your express consent. Every newsletter contains a one-click unsubscribe link. We do not share or sell your email address. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a suppression list solely to ensure we don’t accidentally email you again.
5. Cookies
We use cookies for three purposes: essential site function (login, cart), analytics (Google Analytics or Plausible), and affiliate link tracking. You can disable non-essential cookies in our cookie banner or in your browser settings.
6. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with third-party service providers who help us run the site: hosting (GoDaddy), email delivery (Mailchimp), payment processing (Stripe or PayPal for direct sales), analytics. We do not sell your personal information.
If we are required by law, court order, or regulator to disclose information, we will. We will notify you unless legally prohibited from doing so.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers (e.g. analytics, email) are based in the United States. By using this site, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside Canada with different privacy protections. We choose providers with reasonable safeguards.
8. How long we keep it
Account data: as long as your account is active, plus seven years for tax and accounting purposes after closure. Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus the suppression list described above. Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default).
9. Your rights under PIPEDA
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, and withdraw consent. Email alan@everythinginternet.ca and we’ll respond within 30 days as PIPEDA requires.
10. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We will post any updates to this policy here with a new “last updated” date. Significant changes will be announced in the newsletter.
