We do not review. Our affiliate disclosure policy, we do not promote one company over another because of affiliation or commissions.
Our disclosure policy
Every page that contains affiliate links carries a disclosure at the top and in the footer. We follow the Competition Bureau of Canada’s Influencer Marketing guidance, which requires clear and prominent disclosure of any material connection between a reviewer and a product or seller. We treat this as a floor, not a ceiling.
Things we will never do
- Accept payment for a positive review.
- Hide affiliate relationships.
- Re-publish manufacturer copy as editorial.
- Use clickbait headlines that don’t match the content.
- Recommend something we wouldn’t buy with our own money.
